脱铝超稳Y沸石催化环己醇脱水制备环己烯

摘    要:研究了脱铝超稳Y沸石催化环己醇脱水制环己烯的反应 ,考察了催化剂硅铝比、催化剂用量、反应物配比、反应温度和反应时间对脱水反应的影响。结果表明 :在催化剂硅铝比为 1 0 99,催化剂用量为环已醇质量的 7 5% ,油浴温度为 1 80~ 1 90℃ ,反应 1h ,环已烯产率达 87 8% ,催化剂可重复使用。

Abstract:Preparation of cyclohexene by dehydration of cyclohexanol on dealuminated USY was studied.The influences of silica/alumina in the catalyst,catalyst amount,reaction temperature and time on the reaction were investigated.The most suitable conditions for the reaction were as follows:molar ratio of SiO 2/Al 2O 3 in catalyst 10.99,mass ratio of catalyst to cyclohexanol 7 5%,reaction temperature(oil bath) 180-190 ℃,reaction time 1 h.The yield was up to 87 8%,and the catalyst was reusable.
