月桂酸酯季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂的生物降解研究

摘    要:在pH=6.5~7.0、降解温度25~30℃、振荡速率60~75 r.min-1的条件下,研究了月桂酸酯季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂(2-羟基-3-月桂酰氧基丙基)十二烷基二甲基氯化铵(HDAC)在专性好氧菌作用下,不同初始质量浓度、接种量对HDAC降解速率及降解率的影响,提出了HDAC不同质量浓度范围内的降解动力学方程:当HDAC的初始质量浓度600 mg/L时,HDAC对生物降解反应符合零级动力学特征;当HDAC的初始质量浓度为800~1 000 mg/L时,HDAC对生物降解反应符合一级动力学特征。

Abstract:The biodegradation of (2-hydroxy-3-lauryl acyloxypropyl)dodecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride(HDAC) by the obligate aerobic bacteria was investigated under the conditions of pH at 6.5~7.0, temperature at 25~30 ℃ and the vibration rate at 60~75 r·min~(-1).On these conditions, the effects of the different initial concentrations of HDAC and the inoculating quantity on the biodegradation rate and biodegradation percentage were investigated.A kinetic model at the different concentration range was proposed. When the initial concentration of HDAC was lower than 600 mg/L,biodegradation of HDAC accorded with the zero-order kinetics,whereas the initial concentration of HDAC was between 800 mg/L and 1 000 mg/L,the biodegradation of HDAC followed the first-order kinetics.
