| 摘 要： | 研究了碱浓度Ｍａ和邻硝基甲苯浓度ＭＯＮＴ对氧气液相氧化邻硝基甲苯制取邻硝基苯甲酸的影响。发现在ＮａＯＨ 甲醇溶液中选择的Ｍａ＝４．０ｍｏｌ／Ｌ和ＭＯＮＴ＝０．２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ于２．０ＭＰａ、５０℃下反应１２ｈ，可以获得５８５％的ＯＮＢＡ粗品收率，且其纯度可达９８５％。

| Abstract: | Effect of alkali concentration M a and 2 nitrotoluene concentration M ONT on preparation of 2 nitrobenzoic acid by means of oxygen oxidation of 2 nitrotoluene in liquid phase was investigated.The research results showed that oxygen liquid phase oxidation of o nitrotoluene by choosing M a=4.0mol/L and M ONT =0.2mol/L in NaOH methanol solution at 2.0MPa,50℃ for 12h could give crude 2 nitrobenzoic acid in 58.8% yield and in 98.5% purity. |
