硬脂酰乳酸钠合成新工艺

摘    要:研究了以硫酸为催化剂,由乳酸和硬脂酸一步法制备硬脂酰乳酸钠。在乳酸∶硬脂酸为2∶1(摩尔比),反应温度105±2℃,催化剂用量为15%,反应时间4h的条件下,所制产品质量符合FAO/WHO质量标准。

Abstract:The synthetic conditions of sodium stearyl lactylate (SSL) using sulphuric acid as catalyst have been studied.The optimum conditions of preparation have been obtained:the molar ratio of lactic acid to stearic acid is 2∶1,reaction temperature is 105±2℃,the amount of catalyst is 1.5%,reaction time is 4h,the quality of the product is in accord with the standard of FAO/WHO.
