| 摘 要： | 采用复合溶剂分散P2 O5投料进行缓释法合成蓖麻油磷酸酯 ,与传统的P2 O5粉状直接投料合成方法相比 ,缓释合成方法可提高P2 O5的反应转化率 6 0 % ,磷酸单酯 (MAP)的摩尔分数x(MAP)由 5 2 0 %提高到 71 6 %。

| Abstract: | A method was presented to synthesize castor oil phosphate in this paper,in which P 2O 5 was dispersed in a kind of non toxic compounded solvent and slow released into the reaction liquid.Comparing with the conventional method of direct application of P 2O 5 powder,this method improved the conversion rate of P 2O 5 by 6 0%,and the proportion of phosphoric acid monoester(MAP) in the product x (MAP) increased from 52.0% to 71 6%. |
