摘 要: | 以三聚氯氰、叔辛胺和N,N′ 二(2,2,6,6 四甲基 4 哌啶基) 1,6 己二胺为原料用三步法合成出受阻胺类光稳定剂GW-944。三聚氯氰与叔辛胺在5℃下反应3h,得到中间体Ⅰ,收率71 4%;Ⅰ与N,N′ 二(2,2,6,6 四甲基 4 哌啶基) 1,6 己二胺于65℃下反应5h,得到中间体Ⅱ,收率90 8%;Ⅱ与N,N′ 二(2,2,6,6 四甲基 4 哌啶基) 1,6 己二胺在高压釜中于170~180℃下反应8h,得到目标产物GW-944。在本文提出的最佳反应条件下,所得到的GW-944的平均相对分子质量大于2000,在425和450nm下的透光率均大于95%。

Synthesis of Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer GW-944 |

Abstract: | Hindered amine light stabilizer GW-944 was synthesized in three steps employing cyanuric chloride,t octylamine and N,N′ bis(2,2,6,6 tetramethyl 4 piperidyl) 1,6 hexamethylenediamine as starting materials.Cyanuric chloride was treated with t octylamine at 5 ℃ for 3 h to afford intermediate Ⅰ in 714% yield,followed by treatment with N,N′ bis(2,2,6,6 tetramethyl 4 piperidyl) 1,6 hexamethylenediamine at 65 ℃ for 5 h to afford intermediate Ⅱ in 908% yield.Finally,condensation of Ⅱ with N,N′ bis(2,2,6,6 tetramethyl 4 piperidyl) 1,6 hexamethylenediamine again at 170-180 ℃ for 8 h in the autoclave gave the title compound GW-944.Under the established optimum conditions,the average molecular weight of GW-944 is higher than 2000 and the transparency is over 95% under 425 nm and 450 nm. |
