摘    要:采用成对电解合成技术 ,在阴极电还原葡萄糖为甘露醇和山梨醇 ,葡萄糖的转化率达74 6 % ;在阳极电氧化葡萄糖为葡萄糖酸盐 ,其中葡萄糖酸钠的收率为 90 3 % ,电解槽的总收率为 16 4 9%。

Abstract:A new process of paired electrolysis to produce mannitol and sorbitol from glucose at the cathode and gluconate from glucose at the anode simultaneously was studied.Conversion of glucose at the cathode was 74.6%.Yiel d of sodium gluconate at the anode was 90.3%.The total yield of a cell was 164 .9%.This process has many advantages that the consumption of electric energy i s reduced, the process is easly to operate and the mother liquid can be recycled.The whole process has no pollutoin.
