摘    要:以月桂酸、对甲苯酚等为原料 ,经酯化、Fries重排、磺化和亚胺化缩合等一系列反应 ,首次合成了含席夫碱型结构的表面活性剂———N ,N′ 双 (2 羟基 3 磺酸钠基 5 甲基 )苯十二酮 ]乙二亚胺 ,各步产率分别为 81 7% ,71 6 % ,87 3% ,76 7% ,总产率达 39 2 %。经测定 ,其溶液的最低表面张力为 30 0mN/m、临界胶束浓度为 2 5× 10 -4mol/L、起泡高度最高为 4 8cm。结果表明 ,该新型表面活性剂的合成工艺方便可行 ,其水溶液具有较高的表面活性和一定的发泡力

Synthesis and Surface Activity of a New Schiff Base Type of Surfactant
Abstract:A new type of surfactant with the structure of Schiff base-condensation product of (2 hydroxy 3 sulfonic sodium 5 methyl) phenyl dodecanone with ethylenediamine was synthesized and reported for the first time.It was made by typical reactions of esterification,Fries rearrangement,sulfonation and condensation.The yields of the reactions were 81 7%,71 6%,87 3% and 76 7% respectively.The lowest surface tension,critical micelle concentration (CMC) and the biggest foaming height of the surfactant were tested to be 30 0 mN/m,2 5×10 -4 mol/L and 4 8 cm respectively.The experiment showed that this synthetic process of the new surfactant is feasible,and the solution of the surfactant has high surface activity and certain foamability.
