氨基磺酸催化合成乳酸正丁酯

摘    要:以氨基磺酸为催化剂,实现了乳酸与正丁醇反应合成乳酸正丁酯。最佳合成条件:以0-085 mol 乳酸为准,n( 乳酸)∶n(丁醇)= 1∶4,催化剂用量为1 g,反应时间为120~150 min,产率达84% 。该催化剂具有易回收,可循环使用,不污染环境等优点。

Abstract:In the presence of aminosulfonic acid catalyst,lactic acid reacted with n butyl alcohol to form n butyl lactate.The optimum conditions were as follows:molar ratio of lactic acid to n butyl alcohol was 1∶4 5,reaction time of reflux was 120-150 min,mass of catalyst was 1 g(based on 0.085 mol lactic acid).The yield of n butyl lactate reched 84%.The catalyst had many advantages,such as easy to be recovered,feasible to be used repeatedly,and less pollution to the environment.
