复合固体超强酸SO~(2-)_4/TiO_2-Al_2O_3催化合成DOP的研究

摘    要:复合固体超强酸SO2-4/TiO2 Al2O3(H0≤-14.52)对DOP的合成有较高的催化活性,苯酐2h的转化率超过99%,并找出了催化剂制备的最佳条件。该催化剂具有耐水性强、可重复使用、再生容易、不污染环境等优点。

Abstract:The composite solid superacid SO 2- 4/TiO 2 Al 2O 3(H 0≤-14.52)has high catalytic activity on the synthesis of DOP.Two hours conversion of phthalic anhydride is ≥99%.The conditions of preparation of catalyst have been studied.The best technology condition has been found.This kind of solid superacid has many advantages,such as being able to use several times,recovery very easy,high water resistibility,less corrosion for the equipment and less pollution to the environment.So it is a solid catalyst that has applied prospect. \ \
