生产大颗粒药用磷酸氢钙的探索研究

摘    要:针对生产药用磷酸氢钙的工艺过程中得率低只有32%,制造成本高、产能低,导致药用大颗粒磷酸氢钙在国内市场供不应求。通过添加颗粒促进剂氢氧化钾将得率提高至66.2%,产能提高一倍,同时生产成本降低1276.4元/吨,大大缓解国内市场供给紧张现状。

Abstract:The yield of calcium hydrogen phosphate for pharmaceutical use is as low as 32%,the production cost is high,the production capacity is low,thus the supply can not meet the demand in the domestic market for large granular calcium hydrogen phosphate for pharmaceutical use.By adding granule accelerating agent potassium hydroxide,the yield will be increased to 66.2%,the production capacity will double,and in the meantime the production cost will be reduced by 1 276.4 RMB,which will significantly ease the tight supply situation in domestic market.
