外骨骼可穿戴四肢康复机器人的设计与实现

摘    要:为了解决患者四肢康复治疗问题,设计了一款基于外骨骼的可穿戴四肢康复训练机器人,可以实现上肢和下肢联合康复治疗,它占地小,便于携带。该机器人由上肢模块、下肢模块和控制模块组成,采用Inventor软件进行三维建模,并对核心支撑部件进行静力学分析,以验证整体结构设计的稳定性和正确性。仿真结果表明:患者可以实现上肢康复和下肢康复联合训练,真正实现了四肢康复训练全方位和立体化,可以满足患者康复训练需求并且具有一定的市场推广价值。

Abstract:In order to solve the patient's limb rehabilitation treatment,an exoskeleton wearable limb rehabilitation robot was designed,which can realize combined rehabilitation treatment o f upper and lower limbs.It occupies a small area and is eas y to carry.It is composed of upper limb module,lower limb module and control module.Inventor software is used for three-dimensional modeling,and the core support components are statically analyzed to verify the stability and correctness of the overall structural design.The simulation results show that the patient can realize the combined training of upper limb rehabilitation and lower limb rehabilitation,and truly realize the comprehensive and three-dimensional rehabilitation training of limbs,which can meet the rehabilitation training needs of patients and has certain market promotion value.
