| 摘 要： | "班组长型"人才正是实现"中国制造2025"宏伟蓝图的基层驱动力量之一,"班组长型"人才的培养是当前相关职业院校重要任务,分析了"中国制造2025"对当前高职教育的新挑战以及对企业班组长的新要求,并提出了"中国制造2025"背景下"班组长型"人才培养的应对措施。

| Abstract: | The "team leader" talent is one of the grassroots driving forces to realize the grand blueprint of "Made in China 2025".The training of "team leader" talents is an important task of current vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the Chinese manufacturing 2025" pair.The new challenges of current higher vocational education and the new requirements of "Made in China 2025" for corporate team leaders,and put forward the countermeasures for the "team leader" talent training in the context of "Made in China 2025". |
