| Abstract: | The insulating pouring sealant is made of resin,curing agent,toughening agent and filling agent,etc.It is a kind of functional insulating material having the characteristics such as good electrical properties, mechanical properties,chemical properties.It has a wide range of applications and plays an important role in the developments of electric machinery,electric appliance and electronic industry,etc.To develop the insulating pouring sealant with better performance,this article generally presents main types,composition and characteristics of the insulating pouring sealant,and research progress in epoxy resin,curing accelerator,toughening agent,filling agent and preparation technology,etc. |
