聚合物乳液型抑尘剂的研制

摘    要:以苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主要原料,引入丙烯酸(AA)作为功能单体,采用预乳化种子聚合法成功合成了性能优良的三元共聚苯丙乳液,以该乳液加入其他辅料,配制成固沙抑尘剂。着重讨论了引发剂、乳化剂以及功能单体用量等因素对于乳液性能的影响。当St:BA=45/50-50/45,引发剂过硫酸铵(APS)用量为单体质量6%,在适量乳化荆机AA提供交联点的作用下,合成的固沙抑尘剂效果最好。

Abstract:In this paper,a fine performance terpolymer emulsion was prepared by seeding pre-emulsion polymerization with butyl acrylate (BA) and styrene (St) as the main raw matericals and acrylic acid(AA) as the functional monomer.The dust suppressant was compounded with the emulsion and other supplementary materials.The influence of the monomer composition and the amounts of initiator,emulsifier and function monomer on polymerization was discussed. When St:BA=45/50-50/45,6% initiator ammonium persulfate (APS) dosage of monomer mass,providing the role of crosslinking points in the amount of emulsifier AA,the synthesised dust suppressant is the best.
