快速固化高稳定性厌氧胶的制备

摘    要:制备了一种厌氧胶。研究了不同厂家的原材料,阻聚剂和金属螯合剂、引发剂的种类和用量等对胶液稳定性的影响。配方优化后制备的厌氧胶初固时间为3~5min,固化速度快;80℃下老化72h不凝胶,且老化后胶的初固时间和破坏扭矩仍保持不变,具有优异的稳定性。

Abstract:This article describes the preparation of anaerobic adhesive,and analyzes the influence of the raw materials from different suppliers,the inhibitors and the metal chetate catalysts on adhesive stability.After the adhesive formulation is optimized,the fixture time is 3-5 minutes which significantly improve the curing rate.It doesn't gel for 72 hours at 80℃ during aging test,and remains the original fixture-time and breakway torque,which shows the excellent stability.
