摘    要:系统基于派生和复用的设计理念,将典型过程设备填料吸收塔设计资源纳入计算机辅助工艺过程设计(CAPP)资源库,综合运用多种资源整理方法将设计文本资料、矢量化图形、矢量化公式、数据表格等转化为可被设计过程复用的数字化资源,关键在于资源文档化,文档格式采用单个文件网页格式,计算与表格采用office spreadsheet等;系统的网络化应用实践表明了系统资源的开放性、复用性优势,依靠导航工具系统以及不断丰富的辅助设计资源,系统有望成为过程装备设计文档开发的有力支持平台。

Abstract:This system is based on deriving and reusable design concept.Integrate design information of typical process equipment,packed absorption tower,into computer auxiliary process processing resources bank;transfer design text resource,vector graphics,vector formula and data forms into digital resources to be used in the design process through comprehensively using multi resources processing.Key technology is resource file,and single document homepage format adopted.Office spreadsheet etc.is used for calculation and format.The system network application practice demonstrates openness of the system resources and reuse advantage.With relying on navigation tool system and continuous enrich aided design resources,the system is expected to become strong support platform for development of process equipment design document.
