乙烯基硅氧烷共聚改性苯丙乳液的研究

摘    要:用不饱和的有机硅单体乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷共聚改性苯丙乳液,研究了有机硅用量对乳液粒径、玻璃化转变温度和热稳定性的影响.结果表明:乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷的加入能显著提高乳胶膜的玻璃化转变温度和耐热性能.当有机硅用量为5%时,乳胶膜的玻璃化转变温度从45℃提高到63℃,起始热分解温度从327℃提高到384℃.

Abstract:Styrene acrylic emulsion modified by different contents of vinyl silicone was prepared,and the effects of the silicone content on the latex particle size,glass transition temperature and thermal stability of latex film was studied.The results show that vinyl silicone can improve glass transition temperature and thermal stability of latex film.When the silicone content is 5%,the glass transition temperature was improved from 45℃ to 63℃ and thermal decomposition temperature was improved from 327℃ to 384℃.
