导电填料在环氧导静电涂料中的应用探讨

摘    要:以环氧树脂作为主要成膜物质,配合聚酰胺加成物类固化剂制备出一种具有良好的导电性能和优异的防腐蚀性能的双组分浅色导静电油罐内壁涂料,详细探讨了导电填料种类及加入量对导电涂料导电性能的影响。结果表明,导电粉加入量为14%(质量分数)时涂膜的表面电阻率可达到最低值;体系PVC为33%、颜基比为1.4时,涂膜具有最佳的物理机械性能以及化学性能。

Abstract:In this paper,the epoxy resin as main film forming matter and the curing agent belonging to polyamide adducts are used to prepare two-package light-color electrostatic conduction coatings with perfect conductivity and anticorrosion property for interior wall of oil tank.It details the influence of conductive filler and its amount on conductivity of the coatings.It is showed that,with the conductive filler of 14%(mass fraction),surface resistivity is the lowest;and with the PVC of 33% and pigment binder ratio of 1.4,film of the coatings reaches the optimal mechanical and chemical properties.
