空心微珠对膨胀型涂料防火性能的影响

摘    要:以苯丙乳液为成膜物质,聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇为膨胀阻燃体系,以空心玻璃微珠为阻燃协效剂制备了几种防火涂料。用锥形量热仪和小室法研究其燃烧和耐火性能。试验结果表明,空心玻璃微珠会显著提高防火涂料的防火性能。

Abstract:Several fire retardant coatings were prepared based on styrene acrylic emulsion as the film forming material, ammonium polyphosphate/melamine/pentaerythritol as intumescent flame-retardant system, and hollow glass beads as flameretardant synergistic agent. The combustion and flame-retardant performances of such coatings were investigated by using a cone calorimeter and the cell method. The experimental results showed that the hollow glass beads could significantly improve the flame resistance of the fireproof coatings.
