水性玻璃涂料用丙烯酸树脂的合成与应用研究

摘    要:所研究的水性玻璃涂料用树脂属于水稀释性丙烯酸树脂,主要采用水作为玻璃涂料分散剂,可有效降低溶剂型玻璃涂料的溶剂释放,减少VOC排放,也可显著提高施工固化过程中的安全可靠性,并且保留溶剂型玻璃涂料在机械性能、防护性能及装饰性能等方面的优点。主要讨论了酸值、玻璃化温度、中和剂、固化剂及附着力促进剂构等诸多因素对水性玻璃涂料树脂的合成与应用性能的影响规律。

Abstract:This paper mainly studies the waterborne glass coatings resin as water soluble acrylic resin.It mainly uses water as thinner which greatly reduces the solvent release and VOC.It also enhances the safety of application and curing process.Simultaneously,it reserves the advantages in mechanical property,protection and decoration etc.which include in solvent based glass coatings.This paper researches the influences of acid value,glass transition temperature,neutralizer,curing agent and adhesion promoter etc.on the synthesis and application properties.
