聚苯胺固含量对涂料防腐性能的影响

摘    要:针对水性涂料常用的聚苯胺的固含量进行了研究,通过探索最佳的配制工艺及所用聚苯胺的固含量,最终得出了聚苯胺固含量越高越有利于提高其防腐性能,但是在涂料配制过程中,聚苯胺含量并不是越高越好,而是有一个最佳值,找到最佳值是得到优质防腐涂料的关键。

Abstract:With the research on the solid polyaniline content generally used in the waterborne coatings and the exploration for the optimum preparation process and used solid polyaniline content, it was finally concluded that the higher the solid polyaniline content was, the better its corrosion resistance could be improved. However, during the coating preparation, it does not mean the higher the polyaniline content is, the better the corrosion resistance is, and instead, there is an optimum value. Finding the optimum value is the key of preparing the high-quality of anticorrosive coatings.
