摘    要:针对柴油加氢装置由于不产液化气而导致汽油损失较大、产品收率低的现象,通过采取提高稳定塔操作温度、调整稳定塔回流量等措施,使装置可连续产出液化气,总液收率提高了1%以上.增加了经济效益。

Abstract:Liquefied petroleum gas was not produced in diesel hydrogenation unit which leaded to large loss of gasoline and low production yield.Liquefied petroleum gas could be produced continuously and the total liquid yield increases more than 1%,which greatly increases the economic benefits after adjusting the operation parameters including improving stability tower operating temperature and adjusting the stable tower back flow,etc.
