| 摘 要： | 分析了桥式起重机端梁改进前的使用状况、存在问题及原因，介绍了对其进行改进的思路、实施情况。改进后消耗了刚性不足和车轮偏斜引起的啃轨现象，降低了故障。

| Abstract: | Application, existing problems and their reasons are analyzed befor e improvement is made to the end beam of the hoist, and innovation thoughts and executions are also introduced. Rail gnawing caused by insufficient rigidity and wheel askew is overcome after the improvement, failures are reduced. |
