PTFE-纳米粒子复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘    要:使用硅烷偶联剂KH560对纳米Si3N4和Al2O3进行了改性,随后将其分别填充到PTFE树脂中制备了PTFE-纳米粒子复合材料,研究了不同KH560含量对复合材料密度、硬度,力学性能及摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,纳米Si3N4经质量分数6%的KH560改性后,填充制备的PTFE复合材料其拉伸强度、断裂伸长率与未经改性纳米Si3N4填充复合材料相比,磨耗量高、硬度低,但密度、摩擦系数等相差不大;纳米Al2O3分别经质量分数4%的KH560改性后,对应复合材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率大于未改性纳米Al2O3填充复合材料,但密度、硬度、磨耗量及摩擦系数等相差不大。

Abstract:Nanometer Si3N4 and Al2O3,modified with silane coupling agent KH560 in different content,were filled into PTFE resin to prepare PTFE complex materials respectively.Then,the relationship between the properties of the complex materials(density,hardness,mechanical and griding properties) and the KH560 contents were researched.The results showed: as nanometer Si3N4 were modified with KH560 in the content from 0% to 6%,the tensile strength and the elongation at break of the resulted PTFE/ Si3N4 complex materials increased with the increase of the KH560 contents;as nanometer Si3N4 were modified with KH560 in the content of 6%,the resulted complex materials had higher wear mass loss and lower hardness than that of non-modified Si3N4 filled PTFE complex materials;as nanometer Al2O3 were modified with KH560 in the content of 1%,2% or 4%,the tensile strength and the elongation at break of the resulted PTFE-Al2O3 complex materials increased with the increase of the KH560 contents;as nanometer Al2O3 were modified with KH560 in the content of 4%,the tensile strength and the elongation at break of the resulted materials were higher than that of non-modified Al2O3 filled PTFE complex materials,however,the density,hardness,wear mass loss and friction coefficient between the two materials are almost the same.
