| 摘 要： | 利用巴马格环吹风纺丝技术开发生产22 dtex/24 f"Y"三叶PET全拉伸丝,结果表明,采用纺丝温度289℃、环吹风风压20 Pa、GR1温度81℃、GR2温度112℃、拉伸倍数1.71、卷绕速度3 800 m/min的工艺参数,生产状况稳定,产品性能指标达到GB/T 8960-2008优等品的水平。

| Abstract: | The 22 dtex/24 f ＂Y＂ trilobal PET FDY can be developed and produced by Barmag circular quench air spinning technology.The results showed that by using the parameters such as spinning temperature at 289 ℃,the circular quench air pressure at 20 Pa,GR1,GR2 temperature at 81 ℃ and 112 ℃,the draw ratio at 1.71,the winding speed of 3 800 m/min,the production status was stable.The product performance indexes can reach the high-class product level of GB/T 8 960-2008. |
