| 摘 要： | 研究了PET/COPET海岛纤维POY的开发生产。COPET的预结晶温度135～145℃,干燥温度140～150℃,干燥时间10～12h,纺丝温度275～278℃,侧吹风速0.30～0.40m/s,纺丝速度3000～3200m/min,超喂率8%～12%进行卷绕,产品优良,后加工产品DT的一等品率达到94%。

Study on the production process of islands-in-the-sea bicomponent POY fiber |

| Abstract: | The development and production of PET/COPET islands in the sea bicomponent POY fiber are studied.The product quality is good when the precrystallization temperature of COPET is 135～145 ℃,the drying temperature is 140～150 ℃,the drying time is 10～12 h,the spinning temperature is 275～278 ℃,the cross air blow speed is 0.3～0.4 m/s,the spinning speed is 3 000～3 200 m/min,the superfeed ratio is 8%～12%.The firsts percentage of afterprocessing product DT can reach 94%. |
