摘    要:造成轴承运行温度过高的原因主要有:风机工作风量过低;轴承安装不够精确。通过提高风机流量和轴承安装精度的方法,使风机得到了长期平稳运行。但造成风机轴承温度过高的根本原因是实际工作点远离设计点,要想从根本上解决,应选择与实际工艺条件相匹配的风机。

Abstract:The causes of bearing high running temperature are as follows:low fan working air flow;bearing installa- tion not precise enough. By improving the fan flow rate and accuracy of bearing installation, the fan has been run- ning smoothly for a long time. But the fundamental cause of the high fan bearing temperature is the actual working point away from the design point. In order to solve this problem fundamentally, the fan match with the actual process conditions should be choose~_
