PTA精制母液催化剂回收利用技术

摘    要:介绍了PTA精制母液中钴催化剂的工业化回收利用。该技术主要采用离子交换工艺,对母液中的催化剂离子进行选择性吸附、分离和纯化,得到的高纯度钴催化剂溶液直接循环回收利用,大大降低PTA的催化剂单耗,解决了钴离子排放的环境污染问题,是一种典型的清洁生产和节能降耗技术。

Abstract:Industrial cobalt catalyst recovery technique for mother liquor of PTA refining unit was introduced.Using ion exchange process,catalyst ion in mother liquor was absorbed,separated and purified.Cobalt catalyst solution of high purity was obtained and then recycled directly.The unit consumption of catalyst and production cost can be greatly reduced by the technique,and environment pollution problems relating to the discharge of cobalt ion can also be solved.The process is the typical cleaning production and energy saving technology.
