| 摘 要： | PTA装置调节阀种类杂、数量多,维护难度大,因工艺过程及操作原因故障频繁。对各种调节阀在使用中常见的故障如泄漏、阀动作不正常,进行了分析并提出了解决办法。同时介绍了填料和垫片的正确选择和安装。

| Abstract: | The varieties of the regulating valve in PTA plant are mixed,its numbers are a lot,its maintenance is difficult.Because of its technolog process and operation reasons,the breakdown were happened frequently.The breakdown often occured in the application of various regulating value such as leakage,valve abnormal running were analysed,the counter measures were put forward.Also the correct selection and installation of filler and distance washer were introduced. |
