干气密封泄漏原因分析及处理措施

摘    要:某石化公司加氢裂化装置循环氢压缩机组将浮环密封改成干气密封,开车成功并运行1个周期。在2019年12月更换新的干气密封后,离心压缩机干气密封出现1级密封气泄漏超标问题。在发生泄漏后,通过对停工前运行参数的分析与停工后密封解体检查,发现驱动端1级密封浮动密封圈损坏是密封泄漏的主要原因,并提出具体解决方案。通过对此次密封泄漏的分析及总结,为离心压缩机浮环密封改造为干气密封提供了经验,对以后出现类似情况具备较强的参考意义。

Abstract:The floating ring seal was replaced by dry gas seal in the hydrocracking unit of a petrochemical company,It start up successfully and run for one cycle.After replacing the new dry gas seal in December 2017,Leakage of primary seal gas in dry gas seal of centrifugal compressor exceeds the standard.After the leak,Through the analysis of operation parameters before shutdown and the inspection of seal disassembly after shutdown,It is found that the main cause of seal leakage is the damage of the primary seal floating seal ring at the drive end.We propose specific solutions.Through the analysis and summary of this leakage,the paper provides experience for the transformation of floating ring seal of centrifugal compressor into dry gas seal.It has a strong reference significance for similar situations in the future.
