Abstract:(Fe-Al)-pillared rectorites catalysts were prepared and characterized by XRD and H2-TPR. The effects of calcination temperature,initial pH and reaction temperature on the performance of (Fe-Al)-pillared rectorites catalysts for catalytic wet peroxide oxidation(CWPO) of phenol were investigated under the condition of phenol concentration 65.0 mg· L-1 and catalyst dosage 1.0 g · L-1. The results showed that the catalysts exhibited the best CWPO properties, and the removal rate of phenol of 100% and TOC of 67.0%, and Fe leaching amount of 0. 95 mg · L-1 were attained under the reaction condition as follows: calcination temperature 500℃ ,reaction temperature 50 ℃ ,initial pH value 6.0 and reaction time 240 min.
