渣油加氢脱金属反应动力学研究进展

摘    要:综述了渣油加氢过程中脱镍和脱钒反应动力学研究,反应级数为0.5~2。动力学研究得到的活化能和反应级数等相关参数存在较大差异,可以归因于实验条件不同,如渣油原料类型不同、反应器类型不同和催化剂体系不同等。

Abstract:The research advance in reaction kinetics for nickel and vanadium removal in residue hydro treating was reviewed, and the reaction order was 0. 5 - 2. For the most part, there existed significant dis crepancies among reported values of kinetics parameters, such as activation energy and reaction order, due to different experimental conditions, such as different types of residue feedstock, reactor and catalyst sys tem, used for determination of kinetic data.
