摘    要:为满足环保要求,采用浸渍法研制出一种新型高活性降烯烃催化剂,以Al2O3为载体,过渡金属为活性组分。对FCC汽油进行降烯烃处理,考察温度、压力和体积空速对降烯烃效果的影响。结果表明,在辛烷值达标的情况下,烯烃体积分数由原来的60%降至10%以下,远远低于国家汽油新标准要求,是一种高效多功能催化剂。

Abstract:A highly-active olefin-reducing catalyst was prepared by impregnation using γ-Al2O3 as the carrier and transitional metals as the active components. Influences of temperature, pressure and space velocity on olefin-reducing result were investigated for treatment of FCC gasoline. The results showed that olefin content in FCC gasoline (volumetric fraction) was brought down from 60% to less than 10%, which is far below the national standard, with octane number up to the standard.
