摘    要:以HPWA/SBA-15为催化剂,研究了微量HF助剂对苯与十六碳烯烷基化反应的影响。结果表明,微量反应助剂HF对烷基化反应的促进效应明显,十六烯的转化率大幅度提高,反应物料中加入反应助剂HF的最佳质量分数0.2%,反应时间为3 h,反应温度170 ℃,此反应条件下,十六碳烯的转化率达99.20%,十六烷基苯的总选择性99.03%。

Abstract:Behaviors of trace amount of HF reaction promoter in alkylation of benzene with 1-hexadecene, catalyzed by phosphotungstic acid supported on SBA-15, were studied. The results showed that trace amount of HF reaction promoter had remarkable accelerating effect, with increased conversion of 1-hexadecene. The optimal reaction condition was as follows: mass fraction of HF 0.2%, reaction time 3 h, reaction temperature 170 ℃. 1-Hexadecene conversion of 99.20% and selectivity to hexadecylbenzene of 99.03% were attained under the optimal condition.
