摘    要:为了在公司产品销售与售后中提供与客户可对接的乙烯催化剂活性评价数据,实验室建立了一套淤浆法乙烯聚合催化剂的活性评价装置。通过正交试验确定适合本实验室装置的实验参数。结果表明,在催化剂加入量(0.28~0.32) mg (以Ti含量计)、1.0 mol·L~(-1)的三乙基铝加入量2 mL、聚合反应系统中氢气与乙烯分压比0.28∶0.45和搅拌转速450 r·min~(-1)的条件下,得到的催化剂活性与催化剂工业应用结果存在较好的一致性,此评价方法可作为催化剂生产的常规质量控制检验方法,并为下游用户使用提供技术数据支持。

Abstract:In order to provide the evaluation data of ethylene catalyst activity that can be connected with customers in the company's product sales and after-sales,the laboratory has established a set of activity evaluation device for slurry ethylene polymerization catalyst.The experimental parameters suitable for the laboratory were determined by orthogonal test.The results showed that the activity of the catalyst was in good agreement with the commercial application of the catalyst when the amount of catalyst was (0.28-0.32) mg Ti,addition of 1.0 mol · L-1 triethylaluminum (diluted with hexane) was 2 mL,the pressure ratio of hydrogen to ethylene in the polymerization system was (0.28:0.45),and the stirring speed was 450 r·min-1.This evaluation method can be used as a routine quality control test method for catalyst production and provide technical data support for downstream users.
