摘    要:以介孔分子筛NPS-1负载12-磷钨酸杂多酸为催化剂,4-叔丁基苯酚和苯乙烯为原料,合成4-叔丁基-2-(α-甲基苄基)苯酚(t-BAMBP)。采用正交实验研究介孔材料NPS-1负载12-磷钨酸对t-BAMBP合成反应的催化活性,考察反应温度、反应时间、原料配比和催化剂用量对t-BAMBP收率的影响。优化的工艺条件为:反应温度70 ℃,反应时间30 min,n(苯乙烯)∶n(4-叔丁基苯酚)=1.3∶1,催化剂用量为4-叔丁基苯酚质量的0.2%,t-BAMBP收率70.3%。

Abstract:4-Tert-butyl-2-(α-methyl benzyl)phenol(t-BAMBP) was synthesized based on 4-tert-butylphenol and styrene as the raw materials in the presence of NPS-1 supported phosphotungstic acid(H3PO4 ·12WO3/NPS-1).The catalytic activity of H3PO4·12WO3/NPS-1 was investigated by orthogonal test.The effect of reaction temperature,reaction time,ratio of the reactants and catalyst dosage on the yield of t-BAMBP was studied.The results showed that the yield of t-BAMBP reached 70.3% under the optimum condition as follows:reaction temperature 70 ℃,reaction time 30 min,n(styrene)∶ n(4-tert-butylphenol)=1.3∶ 1,and catalyst dosage 0.2% of 4-tert-butylphenol mass.
