纳米粒子Al2O3 催化剂在制备n-DOP增塑剂反应中的催化活性

摘    要:用改进了的溶胶2凝胶法新工艺在不同条件下制备出不同结构的纳米粒子A l2O3 催化剂。采用在纳米A l2O3 催化作用下苯酐与正辛醇反应生成n-DOP 增塑剂的方法考察了不同纳米A l2O3 的催化活性。结果表明, 由于制备条件对纳米A l2O3 前驱体组成结构的影响, 使制得的纳米A l2O3 催化性能各异。以C 型纳米G2A l2O3 的催化活性较高。B 型纳米C2H2A l2O3 催化剂具有较高的比活性。反应转化率随温度升高而逐渐增大, 而纳米A l2O3 催化活性在低温时也随温度升高而增大, 高温时则不明显, 相反, 随反应时间增长, 催化活性急剧下降。

Abstract:Nanometer particle Al 2O 3 catalysts with different structure were prepared by improved sol gel method.Catalytic activity of different nanometer Al 2O 3 was investigated through reaction of benzoic anhydride and n octyl alcohol to form n DOP on A1 2O 3 catalyst. Influence of reaction temperature and time on conversion and activity was investigated.It was shown that the difference in catalytic property of nanometer Al 2O 3 was caused by the difference in preparation condition,which influenced the composition and structure of precursor of nanometer Al 2O 3 Reaction conversion increases with temperature.Activity of nanometer Al 2O 3 increases with temperature evidently in lower temperature range but unevidently in higher temperature range.At higher temperature the activity decreases rapidly with time.
