氯化钙-甲醇化学热泵循环特性的模拟与分析

摘    要:本文应用模型化方法研究了装料量为3 kg氯化钙的实验室规模氯化钙-甲醇化学热泵的循环特性,结果表明:热泵系统的供热、制冷性能系数可分别达到1.55和0.57左右。系统的性能对反应器的传热参数及其热容量非常敏感。采用强化反应器传热和降低其热质的方法,可有效地提高系统的性能系数,增大系统的供热、制冷能力。

Abstract:In this work, the dynamic cycle performance of CaCl_2/CH_3OH gas-solid chemical heat pump (CHP) system in a laboratory-scale has been simulated and analyzed by mathematical model. The study shows that the value of COP for heating is 1.55 and for chilling is 0.57, and the cycle performance is very sensitive to the value of heat transfer coefficients as well as heat capacity of reactor. Therefore, Enhancing the heat transfer and decreasing the heat capacity of reactor can effectively raise the COP value and the thermal output of the system.
