离子液体中芳香醛选择性还原胺化反应研究

摘    要:以离子液体为反应介质,对一系列还原胺化反应进行了研究.结果表明,经过缩合、还原两步连续反应,芳香醛与胺的产品收率在70%~98%,还原剂硼氢化钠在BMImBF4离子液体中对还原胺化反应表现出很好的还原能力和选择性,该合成反应条件温和,离子液体可稳定重复使用12次以上.

Abstract:The reductive amination in ionic liquids was researched. The results show that the aromatic aldehydes and amines continuously process the condensation reaction and the reduction reaction to afford the corresponding secondary amines with high yield (70%~98%). NaBH4 in BMImBF4 is found to be an efficient system for the reductive amination with good reductive ability and excellent selectivity. The advantages of the reaction in above system are its mild and neutral reactive conditions. Furthermore BMImBF4 could be reused for at least 12 times.
