双二茂铁基希夫碱的合成及抗菌活性

摘    要:利用二茂铁甲醛分别与1,2-乙二胺、1,3-丙二胺和1,4-丁二胺缩合,合成了3种双二茂铁基希夫碱,进行了生物活性实验。结果表明,3种双二茂铁基希夫碱对大肠埃希氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均具有较好的抗菌活性,1,3-丙二胺双缩二茂铁甲醛对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌能力最强,生物效价为210 U/mg(与四环素盐酸盐相比较);1,4-丁二胺双缩二茂铁甲醛对大肠埃希氏菌的抑菌能力最好,生物效价为1 058 U/mg(与四环素盐酸盐相比较)。3种双二茂铁基希夫碱对大肠埃希氏菌的抑菌能力比对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌能力强。

Abstract:Three bisferrocenyl Schiff bases were synthesized by using ferrocenecarboxaldehyde and 1,2-ethylenediamine,1,3-propanediamine and 1,4-butanediamine,the bioactivity experiments was carried out.The results showed that the Schiff bases had a better antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,respectively.Among them,The N1,N3-bis(ferrocenylmethylene)propane-1,3-diamine possessed the better antibacterial activity for Staphylococcus aureus and its biological potency was 210 U/mg(vs acheomycin),while the antibacterial activity of N1,N4-bis(ferrocenylmethylene)butane-1,4-diamine against Escherichia coli was the most intense and its biological efficiency was 1 058 U/mg(vs acheomycin).The antibacterial activities of the Schiff bases against Escherichia coli were the more intense than those against Staphylococcus aureus.
