PDMS/TEOS杂化氧敏感膜的研究

摘    要:聚二甲基硅氧烷和四乙氧基硅氧烷交联杂化的同时固定荧光指示剂4,7-二苯基-1,10-菲咯啉钌,制备的氧敏感膜有良好的响应可逆性,对氧饱和水溶液和对氮饱和水溶液测定的相对标准偏差分别为1.81%(n=6)和0.99%(n=6),响应时间小于30 s。水溶液中溶解氧浓度在0~43.4 mg/L范围内线性良好,线性相关系数0.994 8,检测限为0.42 mg/L。该氧敏感膜的制备工艺简单,条件易控,且具有良好的机械性、柔韧性和高疏水性,可快速灵敏的测定水中溶解氧。

Abstract:Hybridization of polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) and tetraethoxysilane(TEOS) and immobilization of the fluorescent indicator,4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline ruthenium(Ⅱ) dichloride,Ru-(dpp)3Cl2,were took place simultaneously to prepare a new oxygen sensitive membrane.Preparation of oxygen-sensitive membrane had excellent reversible response.The relative standard deviations(RSDs) were 1.81%(n=6) and 0.99%(n=6) for oxygen saturated water and nitrogen saturated water,respectively.The response time of the membrane to oxygen was less than 30 s.The linearity of the Stern-Volmer plots was 0~43.4 mg/L(R2=0.994 8) and the detection limit was 0.42 mg/L.The techniques of the oxygen sensitive membrane preparation was simple and easy controlled.Moreover,the membrane had good mechanical property,flexibility and hydrophobic property.It can be used to determine the dissolved oxygen in water fast and sensitively.
