| Abstract: | This paper mainly introduces that the quality control of the substrate edge should be put first.The important link of edge quality control is the cutting process.The cutting accuracy will directly affect the quality of the grinding edge,thus affecting the edge yield.Therefore,cutting accuracy is the first factor to control the edge quality. |
