| 摘 要： | 目的观察选择性子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法行超选择性双侧子宫动脉插管栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤患者32例,术后3月、6个月随访复查患者临床症状及子宫肌瘤体积改变情况。结果32例患者子宫肌瘤均由双侧子宫动脉供血。双侧子宫动脉栓塞后,子宫肌瘤血供完全阻断,肿瘤血管消失。术后3月、6个月随访患者临床症状明显改善,肌瘤体积明显缩小。结论超选择性双侧子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤是一种微创、安全、疗效显著的新方法。
