| Abstract: | Multiple myeloma is a kind of malignant hyperplastic diseases,which is origined from B cell line and can produce monoclonal immunoglobulin.Although myeloma remains incurable,recent advances in its treatment,including the use of novel drugs such as thalidomide,lenalidomide and bortezomib,Stem cell transplatation and targeted therapy are promising. |
