武汉地区25家医院纳洛酮应用情况调查

目的通过调查纳洛酮的使用状况,促进其在临床上的合理使用。方法通过长江流域用药分析系统,对纳洛酮在武汉地区25家医院的使用信息进行回顾性调查分析。结果0.4mg的纳洛酮使用金额3年内有所下降,其它规格如0.8mg,1mg,2mg,4mg则呈上升趋势,总用量显示大幅度增长。结论已有文献报道的纳洛酮的新的临床作用越来越广泛,使其用量剧增,但临床医生在使用时仍应严格掌握其适应症,注意其可能出现的不良反应。作为法定标准的药品说明书也应根据严谨的临床实验研究进行更新,给医生提供详细的用药依据,以保证临床用药安全。

Application Investigation of Naloxone Used in 25 Hospitals in Wuhan
