二氧化碳吸收塔腐蚀原因及对策

摘    要:重庆建峰化肥有限公司二氧化碳吸收塔下部筒节出现了严重腐蚀,对腐蚀筒节相继做了补焊和更换处理,并在筒节内涂刷1591涂料以增强其防腐抗磨能力;分析腐蚀原因,认为冲刷和碱性溶液对金属材质侵蚀性腐蚀是主要因素,进而制定相应的防腐措施.

Abstract:The CO2 absorber for ammonia plant in Chongqing Jianfeng Chemical Fertilizer Co., Ltd. was serious corroded on the lower barrel. To repair the equipment, first we made an added welding on its inner wall, then we replaced the corroded barrel and painted an anti-corrosive coatings (1591) on its inner wall to increase its resistance to corrosion and abrasion. Reasons for corrosion were analyzed. It is suggested that aqueous alkali and liquid brushing are the main factors for erosion of metal material. Aimed at the corrosion reasons, anti-corrosion measures were presented accordingly.
