摘    要:以TiCl4—MgCl2、Al(Et)3为催化体系合成了高等规聚1-丁烯(iPB),考察了氢气用量对聚1-丁烯结构和性能的影响。结果表明,在相同的聚合条件下,氢气能很好地降低聚合物的黏均相对分子质量(Mη),通过控制聚合时加入氢气的量可以合成出不同加工用途的聚1-丁烯;同时Mη的大小对聚1-丁烯的力学性能影响很大,不同Mη的聚1-丁烯可以有3种不同的应力-应变曲线(脆性屈服、突然韧性屈服、慢慢韧性屈服)。

Abstract:High isotactic polybutene-1(iPB) was synthesized by using TiCl4-MgCl2, Al(Et)3 as catalyst system. Effects of hydrogen quantity on the structure and properties of polybutene-1 were investigated. The results show that hydrogen can well reduce the viscosity average relative molecular mass(—Mη) of the polymer under the same polymerization condition. Polybutene-1 for different uses in processing can be synthesized by controlling addition quantity of hydrogen in the polymerization, the —Mη has great effects on the mechanical properties of polybutene-1, and polybutene-1 with different—Mη may have three different types of stress-strain curves (brittle yield, abruptly ductile yield and slowly ductile yield).
