液体酚抗氧剂的合成及在燃料油中的应用研究

摘    要:在有机锡催化下,以3–(3,5–二叔丁基–4–羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯和异辛醇为原料合成了液体酚抗氧剂,在优选的反应条件下,抗氧剂的收率95%,质量分数99%。经分析和应用验证,所合成的抗氧剂可明显抑制或延缓燃料油的氧化老化。

Abstract:The liquid phenolic antioxidant was synthesized under catalyzing with organo-tin by using methyl 3-(3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxylphenyl) propionate and isooctanol as raw materials. Under the optimal reaction conditions, the yield of antioxidant is more than 95%, the mass fraction is more than 99%. By analyzation and application verification, the synthesized antioxidant can significantly inhibit and retard the oxidation aging of fuel oil.
