添加硫沥青球不熔化机理的研究

摘    要:为了阐明硫促进沥青球不熔化的原因,利用红外光谱(IR)、X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)、气相色谱(GC)及元素分析等方法研究了添加硫沥青球不熔化过程的机理,证明硫与沥青发生了反应,在沥青球内部形成了硫醇、硫酸、亚砜和砜等含硫官能团,促进了沥青分子的交联,提高了沥青的软化点.缩短了沥青球的不熔化时间。同时添加硫沥青球在不熔化过程中生成了H2S、COS、CS2等含硫组分。

Abstract:The stabilization mechanism of Pitch-based Spheres(PBS) containing sulfur was studied using infrared spectroscopy(IR), X-ray photoelectron spectrometry(XPS), gas chtomatography(GC) and elemental analysis method. The results showed that sulfur reacted with pitch during stabilization and formed various sulfur species, such as mercaptan. sulfoether. sulfoxied, sulfone etc, which made pitch molecules polymerize and raised the softening point of PBS so as to enhance its stabilization process. Meanwhile, H2S, COS and CS2 were founded in the tail gas during stabilization of PBS containing sulfur.
